Insulate a sunroom

Hello,

My house has an uninsulated sunroom addition that was built by my handyman neighbour and the previous owner. Inside walls have wood veneer panelling; outside has vinyl siding. Wondering if I can insulate it on a budget to extend its usefulness in the cooler months.

Any recommendations are appreciated as I am a first-time homeowner.

Likely the wood paneling does not meet Code requirements for flame spread rating (max. 150 allowed) so recommend installing batt insulation, poly & 1/2" drywall.
