What type of lighting systems are currently being most recommended for the office environment?
Example - Halogen vs. LED potlights

Greatly depends on application, height, environment, budget, etc.
I've designed many different systems and so many things must be accounted for you cannot say one fits all. If you have the budget, LED saves the most on energy, but you could go with fibrelight for the maximum in savings.
