I am looking to reface the front of the 2-storey house from brick to either stone veneer or Stucco (EIFS). The front of the house is about 40 ft wide and 18 ft high -- there are obviously windows and doors, so actual covered area would be less. My question to the experts is:

1. Is it possible to reface on top of the existing brick exterior.

2. What is the approx. per sq. cost of stone, fake stone or Stucco/EIFS.

any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

regards,

Marc

Yes that is possible and you are looking at paying around $15-$20 per square feet.
