Is this Mould? What do I do next?

Hello,
We have a rental property and the tenant sent me these pictures. They show the edge of the cabinet at the ceiling. She said there is a brown discolouration at the edge of the cabinets which look like mould? I have attached the pictures. Can anyone please let me know what they think this is? IF it is a mould what should be my next step?

Hello,
The first few pictures do not look like mould, just dust and dirt that has gotten caught in the small space between the textured ceiling and the top of the cabinets. However the 4th photo looks like staining from water damage. Mould remediation may be required for the area surrounding that but you wouldn't know until further inspection possibly.

It looks like some dirt and some water stains. Nothing too concerning. You should be able to easily clean it up yourself.
