Jet Pump

Hello bonjour! HELP! I just installed a jet pump with a presser tank, there's a 200 feet long 1 1/4" flexible pipe with 21 feet of elevation connected to a shallow weel. Because there's lots air by priming the system (the pump and pipe were filed with water) I added a Manuel pump on top of the electric one. The problem is, the presser will built slowly up to 50 psi but takes 5 to 8 minutes to shut off. I can see that Thers's still air coming out. I let air coming out the ball valve while I'm priming. Thanks you! The french guy ;-)
