Hello,

I am looking to knock down lower floor wall between laundry room and the suite to create a bigger suite. The wall is most likely non load bearing and no electrical plugs on both sides. The wall is about 7 ft wide. What would the estimate cost be for just this wall alone?

There is also two separate 'closets' that contains the washer dryer, and another one is just storage. If removing both closets and make the washer dryer expose, what would the costs be? The 'closets' are 6ft wide and 3ft wide respectively.

The house is rather new at 10 years old so normal kind of ceiling and some crown moldings along the ceiling and all closets.

1st determine non-load bearing, if you knock out a load bearing wall you have to install a beam to code! just demo disposal I charge $1,000 for all that, if patch it all together could be anywhere from $3-4,000 total..not enough info? get a pro to look at the walls 1st
