Looking at a rough estimate to put a roof on a partially restored barn

Approx 40'x40' - currently corrugated metal/tin would need to remove and replace with waterproofed solution (new plywood and metal sheeting or shingles etc).
What is rough estimate?

We can certainly get you a price but would need a little more information. If you have a photo of the building so we know the height of the roof as well as the slope it would help tremendously.

Hey Dave,
That might be tricky to get a standardized pricing. I'd say if you were to install a roll-formed steel roof, replacing existing, you'd be at or around $6-$8 per square foot. A steeper roof pitch, accessibility and location are things that can increase the price. Of course, the condition of the existing struture and roof deck are factors as well.
