What is the best method to remove Mold etc. from a deck made of pressure treated lumber?

The best way is a deck cleaning solution and a pressure washer. Be careful not to use too much pressure as you can damage the wood.

I can't agree more with Kevin. This is the most practical and quickest way to clean your deck. Applying too much pressure can and will damage the wood. If you've had paint or stain
on your deck ,you may have a few rotten boards
that will need replacing. Replace any boards required after you have pressure washed. If you are going to Re-paint or stain your deck
make sure it is very dry when you apply.
