Is it possible to move this toilet about 10 feet away from an existing plumbing stack?

Background:

- this is a second floor toilet

- the plumbing stack runs along a load bearing wall down to the basement and out of the house.

- I was thinking of widening a doorway right that sits right under the load bearing wall which would require me to move the plumbing stack about 4 feet away from it's current location.

- But the venting and drainage of the sink / shower / toilet ??
