Moving light fixture and repairing California ceiling

We would like to move our pendant light fixture above our dining table as we have relocated on dining space. We would like install the fixture properly above the table, and not just hook it over from the existing location. Can you offer an idea if the cost of moving the fixture, and also for repairing the California ceiling? I am most concerned about fixing the ceiling properly.

The cost to move the light by an electrician may be in the 150-200 range, but fixing the ceiling will be the tough part.
It is tough to get the same look and have the patch in ceiling look proper. To have someone come in could be in the 250-300 dollar range for the patch and texturing the ceiling.
