$800 to 1200 sounds about right for job at size keeping in mind the larger the square footage of a job of this nature the better pricing per square foot you're going to deceive on a smaller job such as this usually a square footage price is thrown out the window and a flat rate would apply

Thanks everyone for the replies.

I'm going to roll up my sleeves and do this one myself since the pricing is a little higher than expected.

It makes sense though, it's such a small job and a pro needs to make it worth their while.
