Mysterious roof leak

I have a closet ceiling that is leaking. Trying to fix the problem I have replaced the entire roof, repointed the chimney, re-capped the chimney, replaced eavestroughs, and caulked around windows. I am at a loss. And I am tired of contractors who keep telling me they know what the problem is and then $1000's later, I still have leaking.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!

Hi Liz,
Sorry to hear about your delima. We really need more information about your house to try and help. How about posting some pictures of the closet area as well as the outside of the house? You didn't say when the leak is occurring. Is it all the time, only when raining or intermittent? I assume you had someone check the attic. If not, I would check there. Look for a bathroom vent that maybe in the attic. Was the flashing around the chimney replaced new flashing when the roof was done?
