Need urgent help to unlock door

My door was recently serviced. I requested them to install high security lock for my front door and storage room. They installed the security lock and we felt safer than earlier. But I made a mistake. I somehow forced shut the storage room door and i'm not able to open it. I think my key is left inside. I have to take some important documents from there and I'm stuck outside. I thought of calling the door lock service, but before that I thought of asking suggestions from you. If the solution is simple, then I don't have to call them right?!
Please help me out to unlock the door.

Go back to company that installed high security lock. Key should be registered.
