New Dishwasher not draining water properly

My new Samsung dishwasher is not draining water properly. Every time I open it after wash, its all wet and dishes are not dried at all. I can see around half a glass of water standing around the bottom of dishwasher. What could be the reason behind it. Should I call the manufacturer company or the installer?

You should definitely contact Samsung if your appliance is less than a year old

Common issue:
The disherwasher drain hose has to do a high loop before connecting to the kitchen sink drain.
