We are putting in a mini bar (wine fridge) with a small counter (about 6 ft) and a TV above it. There will be a couple of outlets on the counter for a coffee machine and maybe a small microwave. How many dedicated circuits (some 20 amp?) do you think I will need? This is in a basement so there will also be a sump pump under the floor below the cupboards.

I would give the microwave it's own circuit. And everything else at its capacity a dedicated plug. But if it's regular appliances then one circuit. Best to get an Electrician to look at it :)
