Open loft under slanted ceilings: remove/cover popcorn ceilings

What is an price range for:
1) drywall application to loft (sloped) ceilings + taping + priming +painting
2) removal/resurfacing/replastering of popcorn ceilings of loft (slanted ceilings) + all finishing
South Ontario single home; loft (floor) space is <1000 sq. ft.

It's roughly $1.75 a sq, material included. Finished for primer which we do as well.

On average I charge about $0.30 sq/ft to board anything under 9' add $0.03 Sq/ft for every foot over 9'
Taping & Mudding / Finishing I charge $0.35 - $0.40 sq/ft
Ceilings are my thing. a perfect looking ceiling is very difficult to get unless you have hired someone who takes pride in there job. I'm known for my ceilings and I've not had a customer complain about them. my flats and butt joints never show . my ceilings are always my main focus ensuring there finished correctly..... lofts are usually 1900 - 2800 sqft of board . you coat should not Exceed between $2,800 - $4,400.

I forgot to mention the price for painting. On Average the rate I charge to prime and paint is about $0.35 sq/ft.
