Outside water faucet

I was frying to replace my outside water faucet but when trying to get it from out of the wall it just keeps turning and will not come out.

Hose bibs are connected from your basement ceiling, you should have an access doior which is not common in most house, in your case probably the house bibs is either compression fitting or pex ring cut the ceiling drywall in size 6 inch by 6 inch and put a access doir 8 x8 inches
