Pet stains on sub-floor

I am having laminate flooring installed and I am ripping out the carpets myself. After doing so I noticed a bunch of pet stains on the sub floor that were painted over by the previous owner. I have a dog and have noticed that she had messed in the same spots that were previously there.

Question:

How can I seal off these odors before I have the new flooring installed

There is a product called poly prep or kilz and they are both alcohol based paints. They work great they are made to cover stains , odours and stuff like crayons or waxes. We have used them in burned houses to get rid of the smoke smell . They dry so fast that anything you paint cant bleed through . The down fall is they stink they can gas you out to the point of passing out! So if you use it follow the directions and make sure that the place is well vented during and for a while after.
