Absolutely not. He has no authority to remove anything from your home. If he has a dispute with you, legally he can put a lean on your home.

Hope this helps.

Has the contractor quoted a figure for the work?

If the work was underway or completed and you were not paying the contractor for this work. It is fair.

No one is allowed unto you property with out your permission.

If a contractor has installed items per his contract and has not been paid he can only use the court to lien the property or go to small claims court to get his money.

Hope this helps

No he cannot, if you haven't paid or they are in dispute then he has to take you to court. He can't just come take them out.

Legally he cannot remove them. This now becomes a matter for the courts to decide upon.
