Price for installing a standup shower, toilet and sink?

Hi Vivian,

There is no way to answer the question without more information.

1) Is there rough in plumbing in the floor for the toilet already and is it in the location you desire.

2) rough in plumbing for the drain for the shower. And is it located where you want it.

Rough in for the sink as well as a black ABS vent pipe that can be accessed for the above units. Hot and cold water supply. Location where the bathroom will be?

What kind of flooring is in the bathroom?

These are a few of the things we need to know to give you an accurate price.

You price will be around $8000 to $15000 for labour and rough materials depending on the location of plumbing drains and supply lines, and condition of the space. Plus about $2000 to $5000 for the toilet, shower unit, and vanity/sink faucet, floor tile, mirror, light and bath hardware.

Hello vivian,

If you are looking for a nice new bathroom, midrange finish you can keep the whole thing in about 10/12,000 dollars for sure. Depending on location of water and drains maybe even less.

We have done a small basement washroom like what you are describing providing the plumbing is close by less than $10,000.
