Price for painting, drywall and taping

I'm trying to figure out a good price to charge for painting/drywall and taping.
Anyone charge similar?
Priming: .30/sqft
Painting walls: .80 - 1.00 /sqft.
Painting Baseboards / Trim: .40/sqft
Painting Doors and frames (6 pannel with one coat): $25
Drywall Install: .60/sqft (not including material)
Taping: .60/sqft (not including material)
Sanding: .30/sqft

How can you charge by sq ft for trim? Should it be lin/ft?...and maybe taping/sanding should be considered one item,otherwise...
The price is always the agreeable amount between both parties, all things considered, for that particular contract.

I have found many people charge $1.00 a linear foot to paint trim this seems like a lot. Does anyone charge cheaper ?
