Looking for a price per linear foot to spray stain fencing. New wood, newly installed, been installed prior to this past winter.

I would hold off one more year unless you are willing to strip the wood. As they have a coating (if PT) that will prevent the wood from absorbing a stain, especially, sprayed on.
