Prices on Siding Installation

Prices will vary depending on the house ...bungalows with not much to them will be cheaper than say a two storey walkout and than of course high end custom homes will cost more there is not really a set price per say and I grew up in the trade.

Prices for those items are situational due to house and site conditions and products to be used etc...

But some rough prices are:

~ Supply and Install of Basic horizontal vinyl siding starting at approx $3.50/square foot

~ Supply and Install of vinyl board and batten siding starting at approx $4-5/sqft

~ Supply and Install of Hardie Board siding starting at approx $8-10/sqft

~ Soffit supplied and installed is usually around $3.75-4.50/sqft

~ Fascia supplied and installed starting around $5-7/Lineal Foot depends on widths and bends etc..

~ Trough with Downspout is around $7-10/Lineal Foot depending on sizes and house etc...

Abe, We need much more information. Type of building, height, access, landscape, removal of old siding or not, age of building etc. The reasons are for the degree of difficulty. If the walls are straight without bay or bow windows, that relatively simple. If the building is multi level and different angles, again, totally different scenario. Plus, there is an major difference between vinyl siding and hardie board. Even the soffits and fascia, ... are they currently metal, vinyl or wood? Vented? If you provide more detailed information, perhaps you'll receive a better answer to your question.
