Pricing a second floor addition

How much would it cost for a 60x14 addition in the back of a house, The house has a walk out basement so the addition needs to be built on 10 posts. Just looking for the price to frame and sheath it.

Generally framing can range as with most trades on additions without much detail but in Edmonton looking at $9-$10 sqft for the labour would be fair. I cant really say on lumber costs as there is many variables on how the roof will tie back into the home.
