How much should I charge to build a bulkhead 30ft 2ft 20in? I'm working and he asked me to bulk head his duct work in the basement.

I use 2x4 for frames and then 3/8" plywood on bottoms for better screwing of drywall & ease of framing. My min charge out is $250 + materials. Take me 1 - 1.5/hrs to do that.
