It really depends on height, dimensions of rooms, area, time of year, volume discounts...

For a large builder that can accomodate large volume of work on a steady stream the price will be very low compare to a one time customer with modifications and multiple service runs involved.

Rates generally start around $1.80/sq. ft. of board or $6.50/sq. ft. of floor space for basic square 8ft ceiling height and go up from there based on height and upgrades

it usually runs 1.80-2.00 per square on board and 6.50-7.00 per square on floor footage for 8 foot walls and goes up from there. It depends on multiple factors but that usually gives you a decent estimate range. That includes all material and labour. I hope that helps !
