Re-orient the steps leading to our front door

Ours is a raised bungalow. We are looking at extending our porch which is 4.5' x 5' to 6' x 9'. Also the present steps (5 in all) need to be re-oriented. What would a project like this cost? What would the time frame for such a project be?

Project Timeframe: 2-3 days, in Nova Scotia the contractor would need to apply for a permit. Since the step/deck is over 24 inches high and in a frost zone, concrete filled sono tubes are also be recommended. Best to use New Materials including stair treads, handrails, balusters Materials & Labor $1500 -$2000 if no complications I. E drainage, sloping, etc...
