I would just like a rough estimate on how much it would cost to completely fix a basement thats leaking from the walls and the floor as well, its approximately 650 square feet and approximately 8 feet high, i believe it is concrete.

Hi Maggie

It really depends upon what is causing the leak. It could be a simple as regrading, sealing cracks in the foundation or a complete waterproofing treatment. As it pertains to to waterproofing a basement, it is preferable to be done on the exterior side of the basement wall. However, in some cases it is not possible to undertake the work from the outside so there is an interior waterproofing treatment that can be done. Exterior waterproofing, including new weeping tile system can range from $125.00 to $140.00 plf depending upon depth.

Hope this helps.
