Removal and installation of flooring

How much would it cost me to:


Remove exiting flooring to original plywood subfloor (approximately 365SF)

Remove existing quarter round to be replaced with new shoe mounding after new engineered flooring installation.

Remove ceramic flooring in front foyer area (approximately 12SF)

Remove all construction waste from site

Supply and install the following:

Felt underlayment to all areas where engineered flooring is to be installed

Install allure isocore flooring

Supply and install new paint grade shoe moulding to all areas where new flooring has been installed

Remove all new flooring waste material from site

Hi Aileen,

You have your specs pretty well figured out so all you need to do is to have some contractors have a look so they can give you accurate numbers. This is a great site and you can put this spec in the "post your project" area so some local guys can come and have a look.
