Rough cost of framing and roofing for a second story addition

I'm considering a second story addition on an 1100 sqft Bungalow in Calgary. What would be the rough cost of framing/roof structure and ply/weatherproofing for this project?
Project would include exterior framing, some interior framing, roof structure and sheathing of roof and walls on fairly simple rectangular build with two of three roof angle changes.
What would be approximate cost of shingling a roof of this sort of size as well?

Hi there,
That's a tough one to throw a figure at. I can't comment on the framing component, but I can give some intel on the shingle install. Though I imagine our costs are different here in Ontario, asphalt shingle installation (supplied and installed) on walkable slopes can range from $1/SF to $1.30/SF. This would not include removal and disposal, assuming new construction.
Of course, accessibility, location and complexities will affect the price.
