What is the size of the service and is it on the inside or outside?

Please respond back to these questions and I could be able to give you an approximate cost.
Is that a 200 amp or 100 amp panel?
Is it fuse box or breaker box?
How many circuits are there?
Is the meter located inside the house or outside?
