I'm looking to redo my upstairs bathroom and I'm trying to get an idea how much it's going to cost not including supplies. It's roughly 70 x 90 in. We're not planning on moving any plumbing, so it would just be replacing the tub, toilet, sink/cabinet, mirror/cabinet, window, tile, and possibly the light/fan combo.
Our house is plaster, so we'd want to drywall the bathroom. I can price out the parts easily, but how much should I plan to spend on labour?
I'm in central Ottawa.
Hi Erin,
For your size of washroom it could range from 5,000.00 to 7,000.00. There are a few variables to determine the cost for labour. If you are interested in a free quote for this please feel free to contact me at (613) 913-3767.
Thanks
Tyler
You can expect to spend about $4000-6000 on labour. Hard to give a closer estimate as materials used, age of home, and overall condition of the bathroom/house really make a difference.
Hi Erin,
Just for labor, your probably looking at around $ 6,000.00 +/-. (Carpenter, Plumber & Electrician)
Thanks,
Tim
That will cost you $6000-$7000 labor and building materials.
