What is a good sealer for a concrete basement floor 4 years old? I'm putting down barricade subfloor above it with laminate flooring
If your are installing a dri cor type product I would not seal the floor. Concrete should breathe.
Good luck
Johns answer was correct.
Let the floor breath under the dricor.
Hi there, I don't recommend putting a sealer down on the concrete especially if you're covering it with a lament floor as there's already a membrane/plastic with the flooring. If you put a sealer on top of a concrete floor you'll end up trapping in the moisture and not allowing it to breath.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Todd
