Good day,
I am trying to find out if it is possible to do second bathroom in the basement separate from where the existing rough-in is.
The current rough-in is in an awkward area near the furnace and I want to create a basement bedroom with adjoining full bathroom. The planned location of this bathroom is near one of the large black floor to ceiling water pipes. Is it possible to do a second rough-in and what would that cost roughly?
Yes it can be done breaking floor and roughing in plumbing for a three piece bathroom approximate cost standard materials 6500 complete material labour
Yes it is possible to do. It would require breaking up the cement floor moving it then pour new cement. Cost would depending on how far it is being moved, and the plumber
Yes, just need to remove sections of concrete to allow for the new plumbing. 5-7k depending on size and layout for the new rough in plumbing. Another 12-15k for a standard 5'x8' 3 piece bathroom.
Definitely that would be done but the cost depend on how far you have to dig into concrete to drain the new washroom location. Possibly it's few thousands
Anything's possible. It can be done. Would have to take a look for a price.
Hi, if you have a Bassement or crawl space, it will generally cost less than if you have a Concrete Slab foundation that has to be cut through.
A basic Bathroom addition can cost from $13000 to $26000.Depending on the job and location,a Plumber and Electrician can cost from $45to $150 an hour.
It definitely is possible. Existing rough ins need to be re plumbed anyways. The cost would depend where and how far you would have to dig for new rough in (plumbing).
To give an exact price we would need drawings or site visit.
Yes it is possible.
rough estimate is $15,000 Labour .
Good evening Joe. It sounds like a non issue. If there is a stack near the location you want the toilet to be there is no issue. It is a fairly simple job to access the different stack. Also in a worst case scenario you can also obtain a toilet that has a pump built into it allowing for placement virtually any where. Hope this helps you out...Ron
Yes a new rough in can be installed. Is it a 2 pc or 3pc bathroom.A 2 pc bathroom complete would be about 5500.00
