Side walls in the garage

How do I beautify the 3 side walls in the garage?
The builder had used a whitewash on the bare concrete. They look patchy and highly uneven.
I want to affix something VERY SMOOTH on the 3 sides of the garage to make it look really clean and neat.
That something should be thin to retain the space in the garage.

The easiest solution for the patchy looking concrete is to apply parging the same stuff thays on the outside of foundations. The parging will most likely be the most cost effective solution as well. The parging should only be about 3/8" thick at its thickest. Hope this helps
