Hello Pros, I have a small half bathroom: sink w/ attached vanity cabinet and a commode. Area is less than 5'x5' {with cabinet & commode taking up much of that space}. The linoleum is in great shape but dated looking. I wish have a skilled handy guy come over to cut and place "new" peel & stick tiles that I have purchased on top of the linoleum. He will not move the vanity cabinet. No floor moldings will be removed. He will remove & put back the toilet which was newly installed 1 year ago. Any caulking to be done, will be done by my son. My question: What proper amount of time should elapse (hour-wise) for the skilled handy guy to complete this task ?
Hello! I'm Marius with European Hardwood Flooring & Tiles INC and I'll be happy to assist you with your project. However being a very small job I don't think someone will charge by the hour for the installation. My minimum charge for this trip will be $250. Keep in touch! Respectful, MN
250 to 300 to do a small job like that. It still takes better part of your day to do it driving to and from etc.
Time frame for hours to install 25sqft of peel and stick? Looking at 3 to 4 hours accounting for the removal and reinstallation of the toilet. You will require a new gasket seal to reinstall the toilet, just a heads up.
If you're paying hourly, discuss with the contractor if they're charging you milage. You may find someone willing to simply do time-on-site.

OH , Peel and stick tiles one should avoid in Kitchen and Bathrooms, any water spill then tiles start to lift either a Comercial vinyl tile, Ceramic or PORCELAIN.They sell those cheap peel and stick vinyl tiles here at the solar store with rental units it is better to use products which are durable and last long.
