Spring or Fall Landscaping

I have heard that the cost for reno's or landscape work is cheaper in the fall than it is in the spring or summer. Any input from professionals would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't experienced that, if anything wet weather or cold weather causes rates to go up, since there are other factors to consider. For example, making temp enclosures to keep elements out, or having to heat temperature sensitive tasks. With landscaping in particular time lines can increase by 20 percent.
