Steal Sheath Porch Settling?

Hello,
I have a front porch that is poured concrete on top of steel sheathing and is supported by about 6 concrete posts in various spots around the porch.
Some of the stone wall above the porch has missing/cracked mortar.
How do I tell if this is cosmetic or an issue with the porch possibly settling/sinking, or would this be something I'd need a structural engineer to look at?
I has been up for about 10 years.

Without a visual inspection of the concrete and porch area, I cannot properly evaluate any problems. You may have to call a structural engineer.
