Hi guys,

My home renovation is going on and I'm the only one here to handle everything. I have a doubt to clear and I hope someone here could help me.

Did anyone have their home renovation work recently? Then what did you do with your furniture and appliances in the home? Do you need to build a temporary shed to store these or have you rented a self-storage unit? Which one is more secure to keep things easy?

The work started already, so I need it to make it fast. Please let me know if anyone has experienced the same situation.

What renovations are going on?

And how long will it take?

There are a few options.

You can simply rent a secured pod. Have it dropped on your driveway and load it.

Rent a storage site and have movers move your furniture over and back when Reno is complete.

Or depending on the size of your Reno. Use a bedroom as your storage container and pack it up. Seal the ventilation into the room to keep out dust.

On this subject:

You can have a storage container on your site.

It is highly recommended to have all furniture of site if you are having a major renovation.
