Stucco on side of house is cracked and chipping

Stucco on sides of our house is cracked and falling off in large chunks in several places. Also, we have cement from steps that have large chips and would like to fix it but arent sure how to do so.

We would like it to look great but keep costs to a minimum as we are also doing several other renovations.

Help...

I have a question for you!

How long was this made? and is the Contractor that did this still round? talk to him about that, if if its not long time ago well make him take is job back on his cost, that's the best solution, and dont keep it broken to long the water will go behind the wall and cause more problems, good luck with that project.
