Styrofoam insulation found during rec room upgrade

Upgrading the rec room in basement of recently purchased 1961 house. Found styrofoam when I removed the old wood panel wall and some it was moldy, should I just replace some of it which is bad or the whole thing should go and replaced with the pink stuff?

Find the location where the moisture us getting in.
When we install foam backer, we make sure there is no water intrusion. Then glue on foam boards.
We then seal all the edges between the boards with tuctape. And the outside edges. We then leave a 2" gap when we frame the outside walls between the foam and the exterior side of the lumber. Be sure to install foam under the base plate of the exterior walls. Then we run electrical, plumbing etc. Then we install Roxul R25 insulation in the framed walls. The R10 foam is also your vapor barrier. You are now good to go.
