there are no rates. Every job is different

and every Contractor prices out each job differently. If you have a job to price out

ask the Contractors here on TrustedPros to give you Estimates. There is never any obligation.

Hi Shawn, +1 for Tim. Every job is different and priced individually. If you are serious and have the plans you can put it in the "post your project" section so you can get some local contractors to have a look and give you quotes.

your best bet is a local builder this site id perfect for that.

But as an aside the last 2 jobs quoted out at $15 / linear foot but again they were simple if roofing involved this number can change drastically.
