I suspect there is mold growth in the bathroom and bedrooms, but it doesn't smell.
Who should I ask for help? I am in vancouver area.

What is your evidence of mold?
hi, thomas
honestly I am not very sure what mold would look like on a building, but we have a huge area of black spots(big and small) on the wood by the window sills and also black spots on the window sills.
also I noticed the same situation in some of the bedrooms.
I tried to clean it, but couldn't get rid of them.
does this sound like mold growth?
Yes, it is mold likely caused by condensation.
Use a 1/3 solution of 1 part vinager 1 part bleach 1 part water, apply with sponge dampened with solution, this will remove the surface mold. Once removed seal surfaces with a Zinser (bulls eye) product. and repaint.
The condenstion can be controlled by caulking your exterior around window (silicone or elastomeric). Remove the interior casing and use a "double" expanding insulating foam. (caution triple expanding will buckle a vinyl window frame) or be safe and stuff in pink fiberglass or Roxul (better). Re-install window casing and seal with a latex caulking.
Hope this helps.
