My thermostat is reading the outdoor temperature (which has been in the low 90F's the past several days) and I am wondering if it is wiser for me to keep the heater on a low temperature or put the cooler on a high temperature until I can get a contractor to come take a look? I am concerned that my unit is trying to cool itself down (from the 92F outside temperature it is reading) when I have the cooler on but the temperature on the thermostat is never changing, and I don't want the unit to work on overdrive to try and cool down the home..
Good day. I live in Surrey. I recently bought myself an inexpensive home and ran into problems. I agree that you shouldn't expect much from budget housing, but there are still significant drawbacks. First of all, it is the high rent and the cost of utilities. This can still be tolerated, but there is one drawback, which is the most significant. I have constant wiring and electrical problems. I have to call an electrician almost every week from https://www.bpmelectric.com/
to fix the problem. It's funny, but this company has already started to make discounts for me) I contacted the developer, but they said that they could not help.
