Tinting sealer on stamped concrete

I have a stamped concrete patio and the colour has really faded even though it's been sealed every year. Is there a way to tint the sealer and spray on without having to strip the original sealer? And if I do tint sealer do I finish it off with a clear sealer afterwards?
