Total home renovation plus extension

We have a 100+ year old house in the west end of Toronto. The lot is 25'x105'. Each floor is approximately 600 sq ft. We are considering completely cutting and renovating the house, building a 200 sq ft 2-storey extension to the back and lowering the basement (underpinning, repositioning the ducts, and finishing the basement including adding 4th bedroom and 3 piece bathroom). We also want to redo our kitchen and the existing 2nd floor bathroom, add an ensuite bathroom (using additional space from extension) and widening the stairs.
I was just wondering whether anyone can offer a ballpark estimate on how much this would cost?

Around 120k-160k. Do you have any drawings yet?

I would estimate just like previous contractor somewhere between 120k and 160 k dependant on finish.

We don't have drawings yet. But i would have thought that underpinning and finishing the basement alone would cost around 70-80k, so just wondering whether the 120-160k for entirely gutting and rebuilding the house, building an addition and underpinning and finishing the basement would be too low.
