Hi,

If it is only remove and install, removal and disposal for a fair price should be around $700 dollars , Install should be Between $4.50 and $7.00 per sqf depending on any other difficulties presented after shakes are removes. If no repairs to the walls are required it should be around that price, a competitive price. Some places is required to rent equipment due to the height of the house etc. If that is not your case siding shouldn't be too expensive to replace

It depends on the size of the house, the shape and any variations. Two story or bungalow? how many windows and doors? Bay or bow windows? Access to the site and distance to disposal site all play a roll. Please provide more information for a better "rough estimate".
