I have a new construction! The basement has been full of water for about 2 months. It has no sump yet has been freezing and unthawing. What action should I take with the builder after? Or will this be ok with the concrete? I am worried about issues with water sitting in the basement for that period of time.

Hello,

Thank you for the question. I need a few answers from you.

1) has builder given you possession of the property?

2) Is the home fully complete or is it still being build?

3) Do you see if the water is coming in through the wall, floors , or sump pit?

Hope to help you soon. :)
