Wet Brick- is it a serious problem?

I'm not sure who to call to fix this issue since I don't know what is causing it. But a portion of brick on the side of my house always looks wet and is more pronounced when it's raining (see attached pictures of what it looks like when it is raining vs dry). Any idea if this is a serious problem and what type of contractor I should be contacting to fix this?

Thanks!

It could be a leak coming from your eastroff, or could possible be water getting behind the brick wall.
