There could be many possibilities.

The toilet ...the sink.... the bathtub....

Or it could be from the roof above the master?

Would need to look at the problem and investigate to find the source of the leak!

Hi Tracey

Obviously there is a leak in one of the pipes from the master bedroom ensuite.

If there are no signs of water on the floor, then the leak is most likely hidden either under the vanity, toilet, or tub/shower.

A thorough inspection is needed of those fixtures.

If the problem is not dealt with soon, mold and mildew will find it's way into the cavity within the area that is wet.

Remedy could be a seal for the toilet, some drain pipe that got loose, or a drain fitting that possibly cracked, or other such !

The repair would see us remove a section of the ceiling that is wet, scrape the popcorn, repair the drywall when the water issue is solved, then respray that ceiling.

Thanks

Something is leaking pretty bad there. I would suggest you getting it fixed from underneath. You will have to remove the ceiling and a leak, it's damaged anyway. Hopefully you will be to fix it from the hallway. Cheers
